Most people that travel to Africa desire to see the ‘Big 5’, but don’t forget about the largest waterfall in the world, Victoria Falls. The indigenous name for the falls is ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’ which means ‘The smoke that thunders’. These spectacular falls are located on the Zambezi River, between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Just viewing the falls alone is worth the visit, but the area boasts some great activities for the adventure seeker! White Water Rafting, bungee jumping, horseback riding, boat tours, guided tours of the area, fishing, the list goes on!
